Hi...QQ's mommy...I'm using Photoshop Element 2 to do the scrap.Any graphic software will do the job...such as Corel draw, Photoshop, PaintshopPro etc...Visit the Digital Scrapbook place site...there is a good tutorial for scrapboking.
